Budget Roadside assist service is horrible!

I called through to Budget road side assit on the April between 10am and 10.30am.I was assisted promptly.The assistance from their vendorr(First Help) arrived.First Help was unable to assist with puncture.First Help advised they would transoort my car on a flat bed to Renew it,Bedfordview.I should have it back by 1pm that afternoon.Its more than 24hours and my car has not been returned It left my residence between 10.30am and 11am.I called Renew it and Bernice advised that my car was never delivered I called Budget yesterday about 4pm .They were not aware that my car was towed away.How do you not know.The Vendor ,First Help did not inform them .I called Budget only to be given the runaround.Wandile at Budget ,road side assit,does not want to accept responsibility for their messup .I will be cancelling my insurance policy with them .I still don't have my car back!!!! Your service is really horrible!!!!!
