Budget ripping their clients off.
Budget is just tried to rip my brother off. They first approved his claim. When he went back and asked to choose his own repairer, they reduced the approved amount citing duplication. How is that possible when their own assessor submitted a quote which Budget approved. Has anyone experienced the same issues with this insurer?
