Budget Rip-Off
Terrible service when trying to negotiate a better premium. Budget used to be the best and also a bit flexible. I am starting to wonder how safe it is to insure my assets with Budget?

27 Jul 2021, 15:32I am very frustrated with Budget Insurance. I spoke to Sipho, a team leader and complained about poor service, and the fact that nobody at Budget gets back to you as they promise. I would expect an answer to my request within the hour seen in the light of me having to make numerous calls to complain about no return calls as promised. Sipho put the wrong finance company on my insurance as well. He gave me his direct number but does not answer?! I hope that Louis will take the matter further, as I am no longer interested in begging for swift service after complaining about the self same thing. No service in this country?!!
