BUDGET - REVIEW YOUR PANELBEATERS, THEY SUC****!
Budget Insurance, you really need to review your contracts with your panelbeaters. I have been absolutely HORRIFIED with the service provided by Renew-it Greenstone, as they have taken a whole month to repair a radiator (4 hour job with a standard mechanic). And today they told me I must wait a further 21 days for a part??? So 2 months to do a 4 hour job???? And now my hired car option from Budget has expired. This is not my mechanic, this is your mechanic, so why must I pay for the hired car because of your POOR choice of repairer???? My car stood at Renew-it Greenstone for 3 weeks before they even opened the bonnet??? I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman, as it is unfair on me to pay for the hired car when it is your mechanics fault for being PATHETIC!!!
