Budget refuse to pay me even a cent after shop break in

I had short term insurance / month to month with Budget insurance for a shop . The ****s broke into my business at night on last day of the month to the first day of the month . It was weekend the premium bill for the month was to be billed the following week . I report the matter immediately , I were pleased to forward all the necessary documents and police case number . Few weeks later , my claim was rejected based on : '1 I was running a risk business, 2 After the incident there was no money in my bank account for premium to run . My question was , the previous month premium was honored , and current month premium was still to run for the second time if first attempt there was no money . My question as the stock were ****** already what cover is still going to be honored . After the incident they still continue to bill me for the months to come , but I had no business anymore after break in . This supplier look for loophole to get away . I don't not even get a cent . It is painfull
