Budget Pre Owned Warranty is *****ed! Watch Out!

I have a extended warranty with Budget. I recently submitted a claim, that is clearly, in terms of contract documentation, a covered component, however the dealer who are responsible for the repairs in error submitted an incorrect fualt report and the claim was rejected. I contacted the insurer, to inform them thereof and they requested a re-submission of the report. After the re-submission, the claim was still rejected. What the *#@" is this. So clearly i am just good to pay and now claiming its a problem! Come on Budget, i don't see you guys for ******, but this ordeal, proves otherwise!
