Budget not a good insurance company

It seems you only get assistance from Budget when you post to Hello Peter. I met in an accident in late July 2022, my car was approved for repair by budget and sent to Renew-it Edenvale, after 3 months the car was released, and was not repaired properly. I had to jump through hoops with Budget and Renew-it and eventually after a week of having a car not roadworthy, Budget agreed to send the car to a new repairer, I was promised the vehicle would be retunred in 6 weeks, and that passed. it is now almost 6 months I do not have my car, and I am still paying the premiums for a car I do not have. Budget rented me a courtesy vehicle, which has been extended several times, and now the Rental company is calling none stop to return the car. Worst of all, my car was meant to be ready today, I have tried contacting the people dealing with my car, and they have not responded. Now I have to return the courtesy car, and still do not have my car. On top of that, because Europcar felt the need to call me 100 times a day, my job is now at risk, and should I face any consequences for work, I will take legal action against budget as ultimately this is their fault. I am sick of it now, and this was the last straw.
