Budget No Payment
No payment from budget, ... @ They were looking for diff ways not to pay out. I have bought a bakkie and was not on my name yet, due to the Lisence dept was closed. and this is the only car we had... it was ****** on the 25 of Oct 2021.. please can anyone help us.
