Budget = No Battery

My vehicle was in repairs foor one month. The vehicle was returned with the windscreen not repaired and the battery of my car completly dead. I notified Budget of the windscreen on the 20th May 2026 have not gotten a response from the advisor. Notified Budget today about my car battery and me having to jump start the car every time I want to drive it. I am still waiting for advisor, Desigan Mari, to contact. The turn around time given to me was 3-5 working days; however I am at work with a car that wont start. I had to pay out of pocket for a battery as how can I wait for Budget to even look at my complaint. Budget your service has been so incredibly disappointing!!!!
