Budget never pays claims out

I had an accident in April 2024 and am still struggling to get it resolved. After months of issues and me having to most of the work for them, we finally made some progress. Now almost a year later and I still can't final resolution. I have been contacting them since November 2024 with absolutely no response. They even have the arrogance to have call centre agents phone me to take out new insurance with them but can't have the decency to resolve my year old claim. They are pathetic and have no client service.
