Budget miss leading clients

Firstly I will never recommend Budget insurance to ANYONE I know ,the claims consultant seems new not trained or know what’s going on Ms Jenny Chetty , I was involved in a accident on Sunday the 30th of August 2026 and my Netstar did not even send a crash alert it happened on Hans Dettman way near the settlements and a tow truck arrived at the scene told me they are apart of Budget and they will take the vehicle,Monday 31st I called Budget explained the situation and laid a claim I than called the tow truck company and they refused to send me pictures or tell me where the vehicle is ,the insurance company called the tow truck company and informed us they are waiting for the invoice today the 4th September 2026 they call my wife and say the tow truck company sent them a bill of R13 000 and they only paying R3000 they never told us or nothing in they policy states in a accident they will only pay R3000 and also they insisted we had Netstar fitted but they did not send out a ambulance or towing service and only contacted my wife 30-50min after the accident occurred,I find it strange that Budget Insurance wants us to pay the tow truck and with them not collecting the car the storage fees are going to add up more and more ,I think Budget insurance should stop misleading their clients saying offering them towing and other services and lie when things happen they want to pay portions I did not see this anywhere on their policy and online it states they pay for towing if involved in an accident
