Budget Mechanical Warranty
The service is non-existent! ****ty service I've ever experienced. I've been struggling to get a claim authorization for over three weeks till recently. Sent emails every 2nd day to this day there hasn't been any response other than the automated one.
The most annoying and disgusting part is that all sales consultants are available to take a call but nobody is available in the claims department - what picture does this create? Take our money and the rest is to go fly our kites?
Sadly, your admin has been giving out different numbers to call, to date I have 6 different numbers that I have called and they all led to no fruition!
My claim authorization is still pending!!!!
