Budget killing my budget

I had an accident on 21st July 2023,Budget chose a panel beater for my car,who kept the car for 2 months and did nothing on it only to find out that the car wouldn't start end of September and since then they give me a story that they ordered the part and up to today the car is still not back yet,very disappointed with Budget i had so much trust in them
