Budget is unprofessional

Budget Insurance really had no respect tontheir customers. I now feel that thet think monry grow on tress. EACH AND EVERY MONTH THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT EARLIER THAN WHAT WE AGREED ON...THIS LEAVES ME WITH HONOURING FEES and when I approac then They only pay "THEIR HONOURONG FEES" SOMETHING MUST BE DONE because you cannot leace ny account empty and later pay only your part WHAT ABOUT THE MESS THEY'VE LEFT MY ACCOUNT WITH...IMAGINE GIVING THE BANK R500 JUST BECAUSR YOUT TRUSTED INSURANCE CONPANY IS SO *********** AND NOT HONEST BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO THINGS AS AGREED...THIS MAKES ME WONDRR IF THEY WILL EVEN PAY ON CLAIMS SINCE THEY DONT DO THINGS AS AGREED
