Budget is the worst insurance in South Africa

Budget insurance is the worst insurance by far, I am claiming for the first time after being with this guys for close to two years. There is no communication, I had to fight to get them to get my vehicle towed and assessed. At this point I have been trying to get ahold of the claims agent responsible and no results for two days. I am so frustrated, please dont go for budget rather try another insurance company. Call center keeps on cutting me off the staff are rude and make false promises.
