Budget is now of of budget in my books

They decided to increase my premium without notifying me. Premium when up from R1667 to R2038. Then when I called they say they told me of the increase which is in fact not true because what they meant by telling me is reference to an email which was an information pamphlet and had nothing to do with premium increases nor was it directed to myself about a policy review. After the debit, I downloaded my policy schedule only to find that my schedule has the R1667 premium on it…..so, this shows that the premium increase was done without prior notice. I would appreciate it if that was remedied
