Budget is not honest

Budget has no idea how to treat customers my car went in for a cliam in February and after the repairs i was told my engine runs perfectly. A month back my top gasket blew after i contacted budget as my machanic said budget fit the wrong radiator cap only than did budget give me a report dated from match that my engine had multiple problems and that theres no proof they told me the engine wad fine. They allow their assessors to use private phones and when u have questions or complaints conveniently their is no proof
