Budget is nonsense

I am very disappointed in Budget insurance, I had an accident on the 1st of December 2022, my car was bumped on the left passenger side and the impact ruined the suspension of the car, from there my car was no longer driving well. I made a claim on the accident, but budget is refusing to pay for the suspension saying that it wasn’t caused by the accident. Mind you, my car has a full service history, accident free and it’s still under motor warranty. I wouldn’t recommend budget to anyone because it will only cause them heartache. I’m very unhappy, and I did call to complain and my complaint wasn’t lodged, today I called again and I was referred to the ombudsman, who then said investigations will take plus minus 10 days. I’ve spent a lot of money extending the curtesy car. I’m so saddened and disappointed because I had so much faith in Budget.
