I contacted budget insurance to make some changes to my cover. What a pleasure. Call was answered immediately and the two times I was transferred to other departments the calls were also answered immediately. The agents were helpful and knowledgeable. They made the necessary changes and sent confirmation emails immediately. @MTN could take some lessons from this company. XX
