Budget is all talk and no pay

I lodged a complaint about Budget here before, and a lady from Budget was very helpful, they should make her a manager However, Budget failed to have my car repaired properly, for the past 4 months I have been without my vehicle, and been paying insurance on a car that was not running. My car was deemed not roadworthy after being repaired by Budget chosen repairer (renew-it Greenstone). When you pay excess it is your contribution towards repairs, but if repairs are not done properly, you should not pay. I have tried to reason with budget, and seek their assistance, and instead of giving me my money back, they tell me that they are giving me a rental car which they promised me and cannot give me my excess back. Now this issue is unique, it is not even listed in their terms. So once my car is repaired, I will be moving to a new insurer, people please beware, you could be the next victim Oh, the email for the head of budget on their website is ****, that person does not exist and never replies to complaint emails.
