Budget is a ****! Seriously Unhappy!!

Budget, In fact this Telesure umbrella is a ****!!! They have *********** assessors that lie, they don’t know how to communicate professionally and will deliberately ignore your calls and emails to cover their tracks. None of their numbers work or none of them are ever in the office to take calls. They have never sent me a policy schedule and now when I need it and request for it they are refusing to send it. Claiming they deleted it but yet they wer able to debit from our account. They won’t send me a recording of my conversation of the day I took a policy with them but yet they claim it’s available on request. It’s so disappointing. Never 👎 insuring with this group will even advise friends and family to leave while they still can because their monies are going down the drain! It feels like we where ****med!! I give out my hand to them when it comes to ignoring and dealing with you as if you are a ghost!! 👎👎👎👎
