Budget is a ****

I had an accident on the 18th of May after being with Budget since I bought the car in 2016.O wasn't driving but I was very transparent with everything. Budget comes back and rejects my claim saying the person driving was the regular driver and my premiums were not covering that. Someone who borrows my car suddenly became a regular driver and they rejected my claim. The worst insurance ever. Total ****. They will try and find a loophole to reject claims. Don't be fooled by their sales pitches. It will end in tears
