Budget is a ******* ,they don’t want to pay my claim

Hello Peter,This insurance does not want to pay me for the loss of my vehicle they rejected my claim saying that my car was being used for Bolt whereas when I took the cover I stated it for private use and even submitted the accurate documentation of my car being used for private purposes Worse I even disclosed to them that prior to that the car was being used for bolt I no longer use that platform way before I took their cover And upon their finding they claim that my profile is the main cause of declining the claim whereas I was totally unaware of my profile being used…It came to my attention the someone could’ve been using my profile after receiving an anonymous call saying I had picked them up in the morning of the 28th of August 2021 of which lead to me changing my password Please intervene my claim number is ***
