Budget is a headache and half

I made a claim after hijacking and Budget approved.We agreed on excess ,everything was so cool until we had to pick up the car.1.When we got there ,the car was partially fixed ,when we asked the panel beaters :They said 'It was not part of the quote'. ,whose fault is that ? Are we assessors ?It was the last day of the car hire and Budget said we would need to pay for the extension,Why?We are not the one with ***** assessors.They finally extended,When we went to pick up the car after extension.It was not fixed yet ,Once again Budget threatened us to pay for the car hire extension , Whose fault is it that they use ***** panel beaters with poor workmanship? They extended again for 3 days,Finally we pick up the car.1.We left the car with petrol 75% full and It came back Empty.They told us,they had to drive the car from Century city to Fishhoek and back ,Imagine,what else was done with the car ? Why do we buy petrol for the insurance? 2. The driver's door was not locking and we found out after driving it.They first said they wont help after an exchange of words with budget ,they referred to another person to fix.All this wasted our money,petrol and caused a lot of stress.Nothing tiring than to fight for services you pay for.
