Budget is a cruel company

I would never recommend budget to anyone, I lodged a vehicle insurance to them they responded saying that they are rejecting the claim because they heard from the private witnesses which are the tow truck people that the person that was driving my vehicle was driving between 160/180 km/h and I rep**** back to them telling them that what they are telling me is not enough evidence because you cannot assume if a person is driving at which speed where's you are not in the same vehicle. So by that I asked for other evidence that I can also see not a hearsay...... They never responded back and I phoned them they tried to explain and I wasn't satisfied at all...... They are so cruel they only talking our money to make themselves rich and not help us
