Budget Inusrance
I was involved in a car accident on the 24th of February in 2020, where their client skipped a clearly marked stop street and caused significant damage to my vehicle. I had to tow my car and pay Uber fees to keep my work as a young full-time minister.
If I can't carry out my duties, hospital visitations and taking parcels to the less privileged i.e, I can loose my work. Given the difficulties we all face due to the CoVid19 Pandemic, things are much more difficult for me to carry out my duties with no transport. Since February the 24th, I had a tough time dealing with them, their agents are arrogant when asking for help, they are extremely slow in responding and after I started making it known on Hello Peter, they rep**** within a few minutes with a offer of R20 000. What can you buy with that amount? I truly feel like they have a duty to put me back in the position I was before the accident, nothing more. The expenses to get 3 quotes on repairing my vehicle was all well over R100 000.00.
I am prayerfully looking at other ways to resolve this matter, I feel it necessary that the broader public must know how Budget Insurance goes about resolving claims and treating people. I don't have a fighting nature in my heart, not in the lease, but I feel obligated to. I have too many people depending and relying on me.
I won't recommend Budget Insurance, not in the least.
