Budget Insure sucks

Hi Everyone I have been with Budget Insure a while now on the 17 of December i had a lighting strike and stuff i my house was damaged then i took my stuff to a repair center where i was told that it cant be fixed filling the claim was easy and they where extremely helpful everything after that went to ...... they are now trying to force me to insure extra stuff that i don't want to like why for the life of me would i want to insure a kitchen mat i bought for 30 bucks at pep now with me not wanting to do that my claim is not being tended to i have never received bad service like this if i was you rather pay a little bit more and go with one of the bigger names in the field i have asked to speak with one of their supervisiors a few times and they wont help me with that aswell they allways promise to call and they never do it really sucks that i have to go thru still struggle with them hopefully this review wil help a few people not to make the same mistake as i did something is telling me this claim wil end up in court
