Budget Insurance's service sucks!
Budget was supposed to retrieve R8500 from a 3rd party. I was involved in a car accident in April 2018. The accident was caused by the 3rd party. Only yesterday (20 October 2020) was I informed the recovery for the money was unsuccessful. No reason was given. And I had to contact them - they did not have the decency to inform me. Now I have to run up and down to the small claims court to try and recover the money. This sucks. I was a loyal client for many years. JM
