Budget Insurance's poor service yet eager to sign you on

Budget insurance finds every reason not to pay out claims. They refused to pay out due to address change yet the incident happened on the road and not on the premises. I want all premiums paid from the date of change of address since I was not covered from that date.

They are eager to sign you on but want to investigate everything yet I was honest in the report with every detail including the change of address. They have been investigating and didn't even advise that the claim was rejected.
