Budget Insurance's Mechanical Warranty is a ****

I'm warning others about my terrible experience with Budget Insurance's Mechanical Warranty department. Despite paying premiums for my car's mechanical warranty for more than 6 years without making a claim, they refused to honor my first claim, citing my car's age. To add insult to injury, they have been increasing premium price telling me because of the car age parts are expensive. It is clear that Budget Insurance prioritizes profits over customers' needs. They are quick to take your money. The Agent's behavior has been appalling unresponsive to my concerns and repeatedly buzzing my phone without and dropping calls when I answer.
