Budget Insurance's Inaction Prolongs Vehicle Repair Delays

I am deeply disappointed with Budget Insurance's handling of my claim. Despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance, the company has failed to intervene effectively in expediting the repair process of my vehicle, which has been with Renew-it Rivonia since October 9, 2024. As of January 6, 2025, the repairs remain incomplete, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

The lack of proactive support and communication from Budget Insurance is unacceptable. I expected my insurer to advocate on my behalf and ensure timely resolutions, yet I have been left to navigate this issue largely on my own.

I urge Budget Insurance to take immediate and decisive action to resolve this matter and to improve their customer service to prevent such experiences in the future.
