Budget Insurance's consultant Philasande Mthalane was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. He listened patiently to every question I had and explained everything in detail to me. Some questions I even repeated but he was patient all the time. Some of the questions he asked I couldn't answer but then he offered to phone the dealership were I bought my car and got all the information he needed. He even offered to phone me back to spare my airtime. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart and ask Budget to give Philasande Mthalane a big raise.
