BUDGET INSURANCE worst insurance ever.!!!!

I would like to make everyone square of budget insurance pathetic service. These guys were very quick to sell me a policy and deducted money out of my account which was not on the dates I agreed to but I let it slide. I was then involved in an accident where someone knocked into me and the person is not insured. I felt good knowing I have comprehensive insurance but when I claimed it was a whole nightmare. The claims department and the assessor takes forever to provide feedback. They promise early morning to call you before end of business and then they don’t call you. The customer has to spend their own time airtime calling after budget insurance. They then quoted me way less on my damages compared to the two quotes I received from RMI approved panelbeaters. When I questioned them they told me my car is old and out of warranty they can use second hand parts or just fix my stuff but when they sold the policy to me they told me they would replace the parts with brand new parts and that is the quality I expect as I am paying my premium each month. And if that was not enough they charged me an excess fee of R10 000 where was I was told R6000. When I questioned them they gave me attitude and told me it’s an additional excess but nothing was ever mentioned to me and I did not receive a policy schedule from this company. I am a new customer who is paying my insurance but this is the pathetic service I am receiving from budget. I would not recommend these ****** to anyone. They make promises on the phone and when it comes to claiming and they have to pay you out they have a lot of excuses. Please stay away from budget insurance.
