Budget insurance WORST EVER!!!! Biggest mistake I ever made

Worst experience I have ever and i mean ever had with insurance.. Will definitely not recommend. Apart from my car going back 3 times for repairs from reason as to pirate part, Terrible workmanship, parts quoted for and approved not even replace or done to coming back with new scratches ect.. With us having to pay for a rental car the entire time while they are playing for time..

Best of all is i didn't even get a choice of where i wanted my car to be fixed.. It is definitely a buddy buddy situation.

With apparent head of departments promising they will handle it that absolutely means jack..

My claim was never even going to be submitted as they could not even get their paperwork in order after me sending everything like 3 or 4 times..

Here is the cherry on top, theperson drove into me and admitted it was his fault last year October 2020... NOW July 2021 im still waiting on my access to be repaid..

I can't even explain how i am fuming!!!
