BUDGET INSURANCE WORST CHEAPSKATES EVER!!! I WOULD NEVER INSURE WITH THEM!!

Worst experience with cheapskates Budget insurance ever!! On the 19th June 2024 my son driving my Haval P1 series was stopped in a lane slipway (Electron Road) waiting for the robot to turn green to proceed into Umgeni Road when a white Toyota pushed past *******ly on the left of the Haval and pavement and side swiped and caused quite a bit of damage to the left side, wheel hub and front bumper of the Haval. I contacted Budget Insurance who is the person who caused the damage insurance company as I am not claiming from my insurance for a reckless person who can't drive properly. I supp**** two quotes from reputable panel beaters and each quote was in excess of R40,000+ damage to the Haval. Case number and all documents and photos requested by their assessor Straighthrough and Budget was supp**** to them. Dealt with Rachel Madiba at Budget 3rd party claims department and was advised it would take 30 days to process(!) She called my son (3 MONTHS LATER in September) as I was in ICU in hospital to advise that their final offer is R12,201 (?????) on a 70/30 split - their client was 100% to blame for hitting a stationery vehicle and trying to pass on the left *******ly!!!!!! The offer is a quarter of the panel beaters quotes!!! The Haval is a new bakkie. I spoke to a panel beater and was told that Budget wants you to source 2nd Hand parts, and that is why the offer is such cheapskate ****. I'm in my 60s, on oxygen and pension and now I must look for second and parts for a new vehicle?????? Trying to communicate with them to speak to a manager (as they keep saying its managers final offer) on calls to them on this matter is a waste of breath ***?
