Budget-insurance- worst admin and communication

So disappointed with the level of service and communication that Budget insurance has, when I was sold the scratch and dent cover, no one told me that the insurance has a waiting period, now when I claim, they said someone will contact me to come assess the car, no one called me. I follow up after some time and they tell me my claim was rejected due to three months waiting period, why was I not told that initially, also why must I call to follow up only to be told that the claim was rejected. Their communication is worse and I will be cancelling my comprehensive insurance with them as well.
