Budget Insurance went digging for reasons not to pay

Budget treats African clients like trash and yet our monthly premiums know no colour. One of our cars got involved in an accident and was written off. Because it was driven by my daughter who is licensed, they refused to settle. When my attorneys got involved they settled 63% and we are still paying the wreck. Today we were approached by a neighbour (80+ year old pensioner) who disclosed that a man (who we suspect to be J.P Jonker) from budget came asking who regularly drove the accident damaged car. We are disgusted that budget based their decision on a random survey from neighbors in a suburb where we all live behind six foot walls and barely know each other. Budget really stooped low and went out of its way not to pay and yet gladly accept our monthly premiums, it makes me sick.
