Budget Insurance Watch out

Budget insurance is the worst company when it comes to home assist. Had a water leak in my floor. The send a plumber who repaired the leak and had to dig out the floor in 250mm by 1m area. Had to provide my tools for the plumber to do the job then the sent me JHB Services to rehab my floor. The idiots walked through my house decided it looks nice and quoted to replace the full floor. A R1500 repair at most became a R6500 repair. I then alerted Budget Insurance that this is not on as the tiles required are available at Tile Africa and then they disappear of the face of the earth. I lost my no claim bonus for this ****. Be warned these to companies are not doing business in good faith.
