Budget Insurance Warranty Claim

I am extremely disappointed in the poor service i have received for my warranty claim. I have been trying to call them for three days now and all they do is to keep you waiting, i dont think that the purpoted warrantly claims department does exist, i mean you call as early as 08h00, their consultants are busy on other calls but the surprising thing is that they call you back if you request for a call back thinking that you are a new client, My claim experience have been extremely horrible!
