Budget Insurance Warranty Claim

I have been trying to call Budget Insurance to log a claim under a warranty cover. I was unable to reach them after calling them the whole week and they only called me back on the 21st of February 2024 after a wrote a review on hellopeter. A consultant registered my claim and she requested that the dealership send the technician's report which was done and since then i haven't received feedback regarding my claim despite several email reminders. It's 20 days since i registered my claim and i wonder how long i should wait to get feedback. The worst part is that you can't even escalate because their warranty claims department does not pickup phones. My experience with Budget insurance have been extremely horrible!!
