BUDGET INSURANCE VAP *******!

About a month ago, Budget Insurance contacted me about adding "Value Added Products" to my insurance. I listened to what they had to say and they sent me the information. I DID NOT agree to add it as part of my insurance and made sure that anything concerning their VAP was cancelled from my name... even got a cancellation letter confirming that I DO NOT agree to it... Lo and behold BUDGET INSURANCE VAP debits my account a few days ago, WITHOUT my permission. I do not know where you guys get the audacity to take peoples hard earned money in this economy, please make sure i get my refund.
