Budget insurance = useless

Been with budget for 3 years, had a car accident sent through all the information required twice i might add and no feedback no progress on my claim. Over the past three weeks I've complained on several occasions and have been told by budget insurance that they will call me back and guess what South Africa no one has called. I phoned demanding to speak to a manager, got through to a manager after waiting for 22 min, I was told that they will investigate and call me back. I'm not surprised no one has. Called yesterday and complained again the consultant said she will make sure a manager calls me back the same day...Two guesses to what I'm going to say now...no one called me back!! It's obvious that Budget Insurance is not interested in me as a client and has no interest in resolving my claim. I find it very distasteful that this company will take their insurance premium every month without fail but when we need them its nothing but radio silence. South Africa this isn't the insurance company you should do business with.
