Budget Insurance unresponsive to my calls.

Hi. I am disappointed with the service from Budget Insurance. I have been calling them for the past three weeks about the job done in my bathroom that's incomplete. Nobody has called me back. The lady in charge of the claim has surname a Govender.

I also am receiving calls from the person I bumped into with my car for his third party claim to be settled. Nobody is returning his calls too.

I took out insurance to have peace of mind but all I am having is a lot of stress.
