Budget insurance unprofessionalism!!

I was looking for the best and affordable insurance, I did a quote with Lethabo N from budget insurance, We did everything but before we finalised everything Lethabo told me that there is an activation fee that was way more than a monthly premium, I requested to be deducted that activation fee on my payday, the guy refused. I told them not activate the insurance and they did send me the cancelation letter however, they deducted this activation fee the following month.. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Budget insurance is bad news.. I had to reverse the amount and I was charged for reversal and cancelation. I wouldn't recommend BUDGET INSURANCE to anyone!!
