Budget Insurance uncouth. Sold false policy

<p>Signed up for Public liabilty cover for my children's entertainment business. I paid my premiums on time and always showed my clients my documentation as assurance that their kids where safe and we were covered for any incidentals. 7 months in running my business one of my clients called Budget Insurance to verify my claim and they were told that I was not covered as Budget Insurance does not cover such services. My clients immediately cancelled my event leading to more events being cancelled. Needless to say the reputation of my company was thrown in the mud. Budget took 2 weeks suposedly investigating, after numerous calls and follows ups they fianlly admitted to have sold me a false policy and decided to refund me R516.00. After losing business over R17 450 for cancelled events. I would urge people to reconsider signing up with Budget Insurance and those aleeady covered should read through their policy carefully. I certainly learnt the hard way.</p>
