Budget Insurance unauthorized debit order

I'm very disappointed and angry at Budget insurance. I recently did a quote with you guys and then i was not happy with the quote and opted to look for another insurer. Little did i know that doing a quote with Budget will lead to a debit order that i didn't approve. If this is how you do business the whole of South Africa must know.
