Budget Insurance *****ulent debit order

Good Day

I just realized that I have an existing Debi-check from Budget Insurance that I didn't authorize , it says it was initiated on the 15th of May 2023 with the reference *** , It was suppose to run off on the 15 of June 2023 and now next debit order will run on the 15th of July 2023 for the amount of R1133.24 .

Today at 14h45 I called the customer care department and they confirm that it's an active policy that cover an NP200 which I don't own and they had a different cell phone number and address on they're system then I realized that am being de*****ed , Hello Peter please help me solve this problem.
