Budget Insurance threatens and Intimidate Third Party claimers without conducting thorough Assessments.

I want to complain about the way Budget Car Insurance handles their 3rd party claims, I have been waiting for over 3 months to get feedback and all they did was to threaten me with their Legal. I want to know if this is allowed in this day and age to Intimidate someone when your client car was the one in the wrong. You said that you will protect your client at all cost without conducting due-diligence or inspecting the merits of the case . i was on a car accident 7 May 2020. to this date i have no idea how you conducted your assessments. the lady who was the assessor(Netshedzo Nematshema Third Party Administrator) did not do a thing except to say they only take what their client say say. they did not verify one thing. the accident report had no witnesses and yet they say they called them. i told them that their client fled the area but disregarded that information. they never asked their client if they were right, why did he leave before the police arrived. i am really disappointed with how they conduct themselves. I sent a complaint to their complaints line and they called and told me that they also take what their client say. whats funny is that they said i must go look for videos of the accident which i told them that the municipality said they were not working that day. I demand answers,
