Budget Insurance thee most terrible insurance one can ever ask for!!!!!!!!!

Got a car accident on the 28th November and my car car was towed to a panel beater. I got a courtesy car for 30 days and it expired but still my car is not fixed. I requested for Ana extension by budget but they couldn’t assist. I phoned this morning and raised my frustration with the panelbeater they have appointed and the response I got from Cleo was that they don’t have control over the panelbeater. Budget is just the worst of them all. I’m told my vehicle will be ready on the 17th January.
