Budget insurance the worst insurance ever

<p>I was involved in a car accident 12 july 2016 and was only advised on 18 july Moday thay they will not be fixing car this is after i had to follow up. My car was towed back to me at work in a terrible condition so i asked the driver if the car is driverable and he said. So why on earth wasnt i told that the car has been stripped and is not driverable. I could drive my car after the accident, ive been a loyal customer for over 9 years and this is the kind of service i get. Wow Budget</p>
